His 20+ years of business experience, including customer service, client management, sales, sales management, sales training, hospitality, construction, real estate investing and currently real estate sales allow him to offer assistance to others in many ways. | S. Paul Webb AXA Advisors Advisory Council Member Serving in his first year on the EBA Advisory council, S. Paul Webb is an independent financial consultant with AXA Advisors, LLC in downtown Bellevue, WA. He has been an active member of the eastside since 1996 when he moved from Minnesota to Cougar Mountain in Issaquah. He serves on the membership Board at the Harbor club, is active with the University of Washington Alumni group, and is the President of his home owners association in Kirkland. Being in the financial services industry for over 5 years, he has earned multiple awards for production and client service. |  |

| Mario A. Morales Founding President/Executive Director Eastside Business Association Mario A. Morales started his career in non-profit management January 1982. Upon his arrival in Kirkland in 1989, Mario joined the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, and was appointed the Chairman of the Ambassador's Program. Mario was elected to the Board of Directors of the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce in 1992. In 1994, Mario joined the Kirkland Chamber staff as the Membership/Marketing Director. In 1995, Mario was awarded for "Largest Annual Chamber Membership Growth" in the United States from the United States Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Membership Development. He was also the top selling Membership Director in Washington State four years in running. In 1998 Mario accepted the position as Executive Director of the Greater Seattle Business Association. In 2000, Mario was voted in by the King County Council to be a commissioner with the King County Civil Rights Commission. In July, 2000 Mario graduated with honors from the United Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organizational Management at the University of Colorado. During this time Mario also represented the City of Seattle as Welcoming Community Leader to the visiting dignitaries such as President Bill Clinton, Vice President Al Gore and President George W.
