Career and Technical Education Mission Statement: The mission of Career and Technical Education is to prepare students with the knowledge, skills and habits of mind to be positive contributors in a global workforce. Through a meaningful sequence of coursework that connects with higher education pathways, students will plan and prepare for their post high school lives through rigorous and relevant curriculum that meets State and industry standards. Students will demonstrate high academic achievement throughout all Career and Technical Education offerings, and exhibit strong leadership and employability skills. Lake Washington School District is looking for people to serve on their Career and Technical Education advisory committees. The committees meet four times a year.
