We could be considered a broker, with access to all of the major processing banks through our partners, and the ability to direct our merchants to the processor that best fits their needs and/or provides the least costs. Our focus is to provide the best customer service in an industry (payment processing) that is not known for customer service at all. Not only do we offer a free savings analysis up front, but our merchants have access to real live and local support (on site if needed), monthly statement reviews, employee training, and much much more, all designed to monitor and lower credit, debit, and processing gateway fees for our merchants on a monthly basis.
